The Government Council, meeting face-to-face Thursday, adopted two bills concerning the foundations Sheikh Zaïd Ibn Soltan and Sheikh Khalifa Ibn Zaïd.
These two texts were adopted in view of the need to revise the legal framework of the two foundations, “so that they can fully play their role as an essential link in the national health system”, specifies the Governing Council. They will make it possible to rethink the missions of these two institutions, as well as their internal administration and their governance “so as to be flexible in management and rapid in decision-making, while opening up to new areas of health” .
