Health at work efficiency, tailor-made services

On August 2, 2021, the National Assembly promulgated the “Workplace Health” law aimed at strengthening prevention in terms of Health at work and to modernize the service offer. This law entered into force on 1is avril aims in particular to make employers responsible for risk assessment within their company. Since then, the public authorities have been working on numerous implementing decrees for this reform, which should make it possible to significantly improve the prevention of work-related risks.

It is in this sense that Efficience Santé au Travail works with its 20,000 member companies on missions aimed at protecting the health and safety of employees, preventing occupational risks and encouraging job retention. Nearly 280 employees take action for the health and safety of more than 266,000 monitored employees. Whether they are doctors, nurses, psychologists, toxicologists or even social service assistants, they officiate in 26 centers spread over the Île-de-France region.

The service offer is intended for very small businesses as well as large groups, even if the latter are more demanding because they are subject to stricter regulations. In 2021, Efficience Santé au Travail therefore developed its subsidiary Kerea in order to offer suitable solutions taking into account the constraints and needs of each.

Kerea, a tailor-made approach

With this subsidiary, Efficience Santé au Travail wishes to go beyond recommendations in order to offer tailor-made services. The objective is to support its customers with all prevention needs by offering services such as company infirmary, social services, coaching and training of employees, managers and directors on all topics in link to health and well-being at work.

Complementary to the initial offer, Kerea makes it possible to create a global ecosystem capable of responding to all business prevention needs. For example, discussion groups have been created to support employees in various situations such as managing stress and anxiety, isolation or even returning to the site. ” We are convinced that it is by listening that we will also create trust with our interlocutors and thus better meet their needs. », says Valérie Dunas, Managing Director of the Kerea subsidiary.

Occupational health and performance

Through these different missions, Efficience Santé au Travail simply wants to offer companies the opportunity to make health and well-being at work real performance levers. They are gradually becoming aware of the issues and are increasingly attentive to the health and satisfaction of their employees. Some even include these measures in their strategic plan.

In recent years, several studies have shown that there is a link between the quality of life at work of employees and their efficiency. According to Anact, a company whose employees are fulfilled is 43% more productive than the average. ” The pandemic has been an accelerator in awareness and a real turning point for our business », says Thibaut Fleury, Managing Director of Efficience Santé au travail.

Indeed, the Covid-19 crisis has reminded us of the importance of having good working conditions to ensure both the health and safety of employees, but also the good performance of the company. The rise of teleworking has reinforced isolation and has curbed social dialogue between the various players.

Efficience Santé au Travail therefore plays a preventive role aimed at informing and raising awareness among managers of the importance of placing the quality of life and working conditions as a strategic issue. A real vector of performance, it should not be considered isolated by companies, but should precisely be part of a positive approach correlated with economic objectives.

Questions relating to the quality of life at work are becoming central within companies. Beyond being an important lever of competitiveness, they also comply with strict regulations that will gradually evolve in the years to come. It is in this sense that Efficience Santé au Travail works to guarantee quality personalized support.
