Our customer is an international, fast growing HR tech company in Berlin with currently 300+ employees and Europe-wide business activity. We are looking for one as soon as possible Head of Marketing (w/m/d) at the location Berlin with HR industry and start-up experience.

Area of ​​responsibility

• Responsibility for all PR and marketing channels

• Development of the international marketing team to 10+ employees

• Development of new marketing and content strategies and their implementation

• Setting up a sustainable lead generation strategy and responsibility for converting inbound leads to MQLs

• Planning and implementation of events

• Reporting line to the founders

Requirement profile

• Successfully completed university studies

• At least 5 years of marketing experience on online and offline channels in a B2B environment

• Experience in fast growing companies, high affinity for startups

• Proven experience in generating valid inbound leads through various channels

• Resilient leadership experience

• Business fluent English, ideally comparable knowledge of other European languages
