The head of ANAF, Lucian Heiuş, stated, referring to the debts that Senator Diana Şoşoacă has to the state budget, that she behaves like any other bad taxpayer, that she invents enemies and launches fantasy scenarios that someone has something to do with yours. Heiuş stated that in the case of Şoşoacă, the forced execution began by seizing the bank accounts and issuing an address to the Senate requesting that a third of the allowance be withheld from him, as provided by law, and that taxes and fees have no political color .
Heiuş was asked, on Monday, in a press conference, about the debts that Diana Şoşoacă has.
“Ms. Sosoacă has some obligations to the state budget to pay and, unfortunately, she behaves like any other bad taxpayer. Instead of paying off the obligations he has, he invents enemies and launches fantasy scenarios many times that someone has something to do with you. I said it and I repeat it every time: From the point of view of ANAF, taxes and fees have no political color. For us, Senator Sosoacă is a taxpayer like any other”, said the head of ANAF.
He specified that the forced execution began by seizing Diana Şoşoacă’s bank accounts.
“He accumulated some obligations to the state budget, went into forced execution, a summons was issued to him, he did not pay, his forced execution began by seizing his bank accounts and issuing an address to the Romanian Senate requesting that he be detained , as the law provides, one third of the senator’s allowance, up to the amount he has to pay to the state budget. Everyone in this country must understand that when you have payment obligations to the state budget, it doesn’t matter who you are, what profession you have or what position you have. On the contrary, those who hold positions in the state apparatus or in the Romanian Parliament should even have an exemplary behavior for the rest of the population”, the head of ANAF also conveyed.
He mentioned that the sums that Diana Şoşoacă owes to the state budget will be recovered.
“From our point of view, that of ANAF, Mrs. Sosoacă is a taxpayer like any other, who obeys the same laws regarding forced execution and we will recover, as the law provides, the sums of money she owes to the state budget. So there is nothing out of the ordinary”, declared Lucian Heiuş.
