AndAl-Raddad commented on the real reason behind postponing his drama series “Mohareb”, which was supposed to be shown in Ramadan 2023, saying:
- “I was working in full swing on this work, but the work is difficult and requires a lot of preparation, and it includes events and scenes that require great capabilities and a long period of preparation for them, and therefore we found that there is no need to rush to implement the work to be shown in Ramadan 2023, because it will not come out well.”
- “What prevented us from implementing early was the production preparations and the readiness of the work scenario, because the appropriate time for the nature of the series was not sufficient to be ready at this time.”
New platforms and movies
Regarding his opinion on the electronic platform business, which has achieved many successes during the recent period, Al-Raddad commented: I was recently offered more than one story to be implemented for one of the platforms. I will choose the appropriate work from among them, and I will present it during the coming period, as the platforms have become important and the audience is following them well.
As for the cinematic works that he is currently preparing for; Al-Raddad said: “I am currently preparing for my new movie, “Taha Al-Gharib,” which was written by Muhammad Sadiq, directed by Othman Abu Laban, and starring Hana Al-Zahid. She is one of the stars I love to collaborate with.
The hardest role
Hassan Al-Raddad talked about the great success achieved by the movie “At the Point of Arms”, which was shown recently in Egypt and a number of Gulf countries and Europe. He said: “At gunpoint” was a great success. I expected the audience to be attracted to the events that we present in this work, but the matter in fact exceeded what I expected. It achieved great revenues – not only in Egypt, but in a large number of countries. This gave us a great positive and moral boost at the time.”
And he continued in his speech, saying: “The character “Khaled Al-Samri” that I presented in this work was one of the most difficult characters that I have presented in my artistic works so far. With the abundance of hallucinations, and in order for her performance to come out in a way that the audience believes, this required research and study, to know the lives of such characters and the way they dealt.

Al-Raddad concluded his interview by talking about his first son, Fadi, and how to spend time with him:“I spend some time with Fadi, and I play with him, but he is still very young, and I fear a lot for him, but Amy is the one who spends time with him much more than me, and we pray to God to bless him and protect him.”

That happened at the time of the announcement of the matter, and I also have the desire, if God blesses me with a girl, to give her the name “Fadia”, which is the name of my mother, may God have mercy on her soul.
