In the third episode of the new season “Hartz and cordially – Return to Krefeld” viewers learn the sad news: Angelina (16) receives a visit from the youth welfare office and has to move to a mother-child facility with her daughter.
The guardian of Angelina’s daughter and the person in charge of the youth welfare office have decided that the student needs more support with her daughter. Angelina’s mother Conny is horrified: “I’m assuming that the reason for this is that Angelina could think that she would then press the little one completely on my eye”. The unexpected pregnancy of the 16-year-old caused great unrest in the family.

The teenage mother Angelina is facing major upheavals. Meanwhile, Conny is disappointed with the decision of the office. According to the welfare recipient, the responsible woman from the youth welfare office promised during her visit before the birth that Angelina could stay at home with the baby. “I don’t normally want to go to the mother-child facility, because I’m still so afraid [meine Tochter] have. I’m still restless myself and she notices that too,” explains the 16-year-old in the social documentary.
Responsibility for the household and for her daughter – Angelina feels overwhelmed. “I can’t do all that yet […] I can’t really do that without my mother,” reveals the student. The Krefeld woman first has to get used to the idea of not being able to raise her child in her home – with her mother. Besides that the “Hartz und cordial” participant does not know whether she will be able to graduate from comprehensive school.

A major setback for Angelina! “I will miss my home the most. This is going to be a tough fight! But if I work well, I’ll be back home in six months,” the teenage mother continued. The move is particularly difficult for Mama Conny – she says goodbye to her daughter and granddaughter in tears. Cindy, who was known for “Hartz and heartily”, also had to leave her homelandto move to a mother and child home with one of her daughters.
Angelina’s family hopes that half the year will pass quickly. Conny wishes for her daughter that she can stand on her own two feet as soon as possible so that she has a chance of a good professional future. (sic)
