At first, 343 Industries admitted that they were developing Co-Op Mode for this one game. In fact, they are also confirming the presence of the Mode and the Forge Mode that we have been waiting for. But after a while, they also promise that these two Modes will be released when the game launches. But for now, they are focusing on multiplayer first.

“Unfortunately, we were forced to cancel the development of the project for the time being. We made the very difficult decision to postpone the co-op campaign at the time of its release, and we were forced to postpone Forge during the Post-Lauch as well.”

Joseph Staten – Director Bungie Studios

Precisely this morning, we received more information about their Development Update for this month. Through their latest successful video release via YouTube, Joseph Staten confirmed that the development of Co-Op and Mode Forge was forced to temporarily cancel their release. That’s because, they are currently transferring the entire Team to Quality Launch (Season1) HALO Infinite.

Will Only Come During Season 3 and Season 6

This decision doesn’t mean they won’t bring Co-Op Mode and Forge Mode like they used to. Staten explained that this Co-Op Campaign Mode will be released in the “Season 2” Update which will launch 3 months after the release of the game. As for the Forge Mode, they will just add it to “Season 6” of this game. That means the new Forge Mode will launch 6 Months after HALO Infinite releases.

True to its name, Co-Op Campaign this allows you to play Story Mode with your friends to complete various existing Campaign Missions. You will also fight AI and various obstacles by working together with your friends. On the other hand, Mode Forge will invite you to be creative in making your own Mode through the Custom Map feature. You can also invite other players to try your map.

Just a reminder, that HALO Infinite Multiplayer will only be released in December 2021. Later you can access this game through PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series platforms. As usual, PC users can try this HALO Infinite Multiplayer game through the Digital Steam Store platform. All platforms Gamedaim News Mention can access this game for Free to Play.
