“We couldn’t wait any longer, we are presenting our new Look 2020” – this is how the Haas Formula 1 racing team begins its announcement on Facebook. And as the first of the team to post pictures of his new car completely unannounced. The US team is returning to its traditional colors of gray, red and black when painting the VF-20. Last season, owner Gene Haas’ racing team came in a black and gold livery from the then main sponsor.
The team officially presented its new car at the beginning of the first test drives on February 19 in Barcelona. In 2020 Romain Grosjean from France and the Danish Kevin Magnussen will drive for Haas again. The first Grand Prix will take place in Melbourne on March 15th.
