Getting a bit more sportiness from the ultimate power avant is a challenge – but the H&R engineers are happy to take on. With the now available sports springs, the H&R development team is once again showing its skills.
The team from Lennestadt has succeeded in lowering the vehicle’s center of gravity by 35 millimeters on both axles. In this way, the lateral inclination is reduced noticeably in fast corners, the steering behavior is a little more direct. Nevertheless, driving comfort and payload remain at the standard level.
Time and money are also saved by the general operating license for the sport springs, which does not require an entry in the vehicle documents.
With the optionally available “Trak +” wheel spacers made of high tensile aluminum, standard and retrofit wheels can be aligned with millimeter precision on the fender edges. The parts ensure a perfect stand in the wheel arches.
