Three contributions totaling 365,000 pesos have the former presidential candidate in trouble Gustavo Petro, to whom the National Electoral Council (CNE) opened an investigation for alleged irregularities in the financing of his campaign, in 2018.

“One person from Cartagena gave 95,000 pesos and the other two gave, one 120,000 pesos and the other 150,000 pesos,” Contreras said on Blu Radio.
These contributions, made by three people who were public servants at the time of the donation, are prohibited by law and That is what the National Electoral Council is investigating.
