The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) announced, this Thursday (28), the call-up of Guilherme Arana to the Brazilian team, which will play two more World Cup qualifying games this October.
Guilherme Arana was remembered by coach Fernando Diniz after Caio Henrique, from Monaco, was removed from the list due to an injury to his left knee. The full-back suffered a sprain with ligament damage to his left knee and will undergo surgery.
The Brazilian team, current leader of the South American Qualifiers, returns to the field in October. Brazil will face Venezuela, on October 12th, in Cuiabá, and Uruguay, on the 17th, away from home.
