Grupa Kęty to pay PLN 35-a-share dividends for 2019

The General Meeting of Grupa Kęty decided to allocate a total of PLN 336.7 million for dividends, which gives PLN 35 dividends per share – the company announced in a statement.

The dividend date is September 21, 2020, and the dividend payment date is October 6, 2020 (PLN 105.8 million, i.e. PLN 11 per share) and November 4, 2020 (PLN 230.9 million, i.e. PLN 24 per share). action).

Earlier, the management board of Grupa Kęty recommended that over PLN 294.8 million, or PLN 30.73 per share, be allocated to dividends, in two tranches.

A shareholder of Nationale Nederlanden OFE requested PLN 336.7 million to be allocated to the dividend.

From the profit for 2018, the group allocated a total of PLN 229.1 million, i.e. PLN 24 per share, to the payment of dividends. PLN 191.4 million from profit and PLN 37.65 million from supplementary capital were allocated to the payment of the dividend. (PAP Biznes)
