Green municipal bonds with interest rate advantage – loans for green investments are cheaper

Municipalities should consider green bonds for their climate neutral investments. Municipalities can take out loans if they are used for investments. Reducing emissions and climate change will require high investments in the coming years, for example in LED street lights, thermal insulation of administrative buildings or new heating technology.
