FAJAR.CO.ID — The achievements of the agricultural sector in the past two years under the command of the Minister of Agriculture Syahrul Yasin Limpo (SYL) have shown an impressive performance. Various achievements, achievements, appreciations, and awards continue to be achieved by SYL.
A number of regional leaders also gave their appreciation, including the Regent of Sragen, Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati. He revealed that SYL’s role in leading agricultural development was very satisfying. Where he said, he specifically encouraged Sragen Regency to be able to stimulate rice production with various assistances such as seeds and agricultural machinery.
“Thanks to the Minister of Agriculture SYL, Sragen is able to export rice to Saudi Arabia. Alhamdulillah, the Minister’s assistance and support is very large in spurring our agricultural production,” he said.
Yuni said various agricultural policies and programs under the command of Minister of Agriculture Syahrul will continue to be supported with real implementation in the field. He hopes that the agricultural sector can become the main support for the revival of the Indonesian economy.
For information, as of September 2021 the value of agricultural exports according to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) has increased by 15.04 percent (MtM). The increase is a good signal after the Free Export movement which was carried out last August through 17 airports and ports with a value of Rp 7.2 trillion.
