Rotterdam – The takeover of GrandVision by EssilorLuxottica will be in jeopardy if the former does not want to provide full disclosure about the course of events during the corona crisis. The parent company of eyewear retail chains Pearle and Eyewish plays ‘hide and seek’, says EssilorLuxottica, the company behind Ray-ban, among others. The Dutch in turn speak of ‘an absurd pressure’. “The staff had to stay in the building until 11:00 pm.”
