Internationally known since the 1960s
Accordingly, Olof Thunberg died on Monday evening. The Swede already played his first major roles in films and in the theater in the post-war years. He became internationally known in the 1960s for his role as organ player Fredrik in Ingmar Bergman’s black and white drama “Light in Winter”, in which the great Swedish actor Max von Sydow also played.
