GP Ansor Figure Appointed as Commissioner of Kimia Farma

Jakarta, CNN Indonesia —

Minister BUMN Erick Thohir appointed Ansor Youth Movement figure Rahmat Hidayat Pulungan to become the main commissioner of PT Pharmaceutical Chemistry Tbk. Quoting Antara, Thursday (19/8), the appointment was made at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which was held recently.

For information, Rahmat is a graduate of a Doctoral education in Human Resources Management, State University of Jakarta and a Masters in Population and Environment, State University of Jakarta.

He has served as Commissioner of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) (2017-2021), Commissioner of PT Rekayasa Industri (2015-2017) and Commissioner of PT Berdikari (Persero) (2013-2015).

At the Ansor GP, he was a candidate for general chairman at the XV GP Ansor Congress which was held in Yogyakarta in 2015. However, he was defeated by Yaqut Cholil Qoumas.

Yaqut is currently the minister of religion.

In addition to appointing Rahmat, Erick through the EGMS also changed the nomenclature and composition of the company’s management by appointing several new directors. First, Jasmine Kamiasti Karsono who was appointed as director of portfolio and business development.

Second, Imam Fathorrahman became marketing and commercial director who previously served as director of business development.
