Dr. Ahmed Al-Ansari, Governor of Fayoum, discussed the mechanisms for creating a mental health and addiction treatment hospital to provide appropriate medical and therapeutic services for psychiatric patients, addiction recovery and autistic children.
This took place in the presence of Dr. Mohamed Imad, Deputy Governor, Dr. Manen Abdel Maksoud, Secretary General of the General Secretariat for Mental Health and Addiction Treatment at the Ministry of Health, Dr. Iman Jaber, Director of the Department Children and Adolescents at the Secretariat, and Dr. Hatem Gamal El Din, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Health in Fayoum.
During the meeting, the Governor of Fayoum stressed that the state pays particular attention to the health sector for its close contact with sick citizens in general, chronic diseases, psychiatric patients, addiction recovery and children with autism in particular. .
