Governor of Baja California confirms investigation against Kiko Vega

Jaime Bonilla, governor of Baja California, confirmed that the head of the previous administration, Francisco Vega de Lamadrid, better known as Kiko Vega.

The complaint against Kiko Vega

Since November of last year, the administration of Jaime Bonilla Valdez announced that the Secretary General of the Government, Amador Rodríguez Lozano, had filed a complaint against the former governor Kiko Vega for crimes of abuse of trust, fraud and peculation, for a figure that exceeds 1,200 million pesos.

The complaint made by Rodríguez Lozano, almost two months ago, also involved former collaborators close to former Governor Francisco Vega de Lamadrid, such as Bladimiro Hernández Díaz, who held the position of Secretary of Finance, as well as Loreto Quintero, former chief officer and who today holds the post of deputy.
