The video of the jeep was shown on social media by an alert citizen. According to the author of the clip, the person behind the wheel drives in both lanes and behaves as if the road is his.
The official jeep belongs to a high-ranking director – almost with the rank of a minister, the source from the transport department claims, and insists on an immediate inspection by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, because before the video recording began, the eyewitness observed how the driver was moving unusually – like a mutt.
