In southern Norway, the beginning of the weekend looks quite nice with mostly sun, but the occasional rain shower.
– It will generally be nice weather on Friday and Saturday, without the big temperature changes. It will still be a bit chilly, but quite nice in the sun. Maybe we will reach 12-14 degrees Østafjells, says meteorologist at StormGeo, Camilla Albersten, to TV 2.
On Sunday, a low pressure overturns in the UK, which sends gray weather, precipitation and milder air masses into southern Norway.
– Both Sunday and Monday it will be quite gray and wet, before the precipitation moves further north.
– Tuesday looks very good
If you long for sun and heat, Tuesday is the day for you. Then the meteorologist can predict quite good news.
– The milder air masses from the low pressure mean that the temperatures will rise at the beginning of next week. Tuesday looks very good for southern Norway, with mostly stays and sun. Østafjells can reach 18-20 degrees on Tuesday.
For Western Norway’s part, it also looks good, here the temperatures will probably reach 16-17 degrees on Tuesday.
From the middle of next week, the weather will be more unstable again. Then just be prepared for a good mix of periods of sun, rain and rain showers in southern Norway.
– The temperatures will get a little sick and settle to around 15 degrees, but it is experienced as quite a lot warmer than what we have been used to.
The low pressure further north
For northern Norway, the low pressure from the United Kingdom reaches the region during Saturday. It provides gray weather, sleet and snow. Along the coast, rain and some showers are expected in the south, towards Central Norway.
On Tuesday, the precipitation will come from southern Norway to the north, this will also lead to rising temperatures. From Wednesday the weather will ease somewhat.
– Then there may be some precipitation in the interior, but it will be easier weather with stays and periods of sun. At the same time, there is occasional rain, so it can be summed up as changing weather, says meteorologist Albertsen.
