Volkswagwen, German car manufacturer has expanded the offer of the Golf 8 introducing the sportier layout to the price list R-Line and the 1.5 TSI EVO ACT 150 HP turbo petrol engine associated with the 6-speed manual gearbox.
The car is characterized by a more sporty and gritty look both inside and outside. The interior has dark tones, stand-out seats with integrated headrests upholstered in ArtVelours fabric and microfibre, aluminum gear lever knob, sports steering wheel covered in perforated leather with touch multifunction controls, specific contrasting stitching, sports graphics for the Digital Cockpit, pedal and footrest in brushed stainless steel.
The outside it is characterized by specific front and rear bumpers, side skirts in glossy black, 17-inch alloy wheels, tinted windows and rear diffuser, aesthetic elements that make it look muscular and dynamic, like a real sports car.

As standard, this version is also equipped with a dedicated sports suspension lowered to 15 millimeters, compared to the classic configuration that we see on the new Volkswagen Golf 8. The progressive steering allows a more direct relationship to the center and with only two turns of the steering wheel from one stroke to another. There is also a management software with new algorithms, which allows to optimize the promptness of response in changes of direction.
In addition to the many specific features, the new Golf 8 R-Line is equipped, among others, with front and rear LED headlightsInterior and exterior Ambient Light, Climstronic automatic climate control, ACC adaptive cruise control, Front Assist perimeter control system with City emergency braking function and predictive pedestrian protection system, Lane Assist lane maintenance assistant, Car2X, parking sensors Park Pilot front and rear, 10.25-inch Digital Cockpit digital instrumentation with R-Line sport graphics, Keyless Go keyless ignition and Driving Profile Selection.
In the Golf 8 range, the new turbo petrol engine is included 1.5 TSI EVO ACT 150 HP between 5,000 and 6,000 rpm and 250 Nm of torque (between 1,500 and 3,500 rpm). The car’s performance is high, demonstrated by the sprint from 0 to 100 km / h in 0.85 seconds and the maximum speed of 224 km / h. The new Golf 8 R-Line is already available in dealerships, with a price list starting from 29.500 euro.
