The price of gold stabilized today, Thursday, in Egypt during evening trading, compared to mid-day trading, according to data from the General Division for Gold and Jewelry of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce.
The price of a gram of gold fell by 10 pounds at the beginning of trading, and continued to rise by 20 pounds in the middle of trading, before stabilizing by evening trading.

14 karat gold prices stabilized at 2047 pounds per gram.
The price of 18 karat gold was about 2631 pounds per gram.
The price of 21 carat gold reached 3070 pounds per gram.
The price of 24 karat gold reached about 3,509 pounds per gram.

The price of the gold pound settled at 24,560 pounds, and the price may vary from one merchant to another, and this price is equal to the value of gold in the pound.
