Gold prices in Egypt rose again, during Tuesday’s trading, and the gram increased 7 pounds at once, compared to yesterday’s prices.
Naguib Club, former general secretary of the Gold Merchants Division in the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, told Masrawy that the price of a 21-gram of gold rose today to 805 pounds, compared to 798 pounds yesterday.
The price of an 18-carat gram during today’s trading was about 690 pounds, and the price of a 24-carat gram was about 920 pounds, and the price of a pound of gold was about 6440 pounds.
Globally, gold prices rose today, Wednesday, by 1.01%, and the price of an ounce rose by about $ 18.37 compared to the end of trading yesterday, to record $ 1845.7 at 12:30 pm Cairo time, according to Bloomberg data.
Gold prices in the local market fell yesterday, and the gram fell 5 pounds at one time.
