The price of a gram of gold stabilized today, Saturday, in the local market compared to yesterday’s price.
The Club Naguib, Secretary General of the Gold Division of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, told Masrawy that the price of a gram of 21-carat gold today reached 675 pounds today, Saturday.
The price of 18 carat gold was about 578.6 pounds, the price of 24 grams was 771.4 pounds, and the price of the gold pound was 5400 pounds.
Globally, gold in spot transactions yesterday reached its highest level since November 4 at $ 1513.88 an ounce and rose 0.1% to $ 1512.81 an ounce.
Today and tomorrow is an official holiday in global markets, with the global stock exchange returning to trading again on Monday.
