L’Atelier du Doreur, Sylvie Marez, Master Craftsman in Arts and Crafts, and Georges Druon ‘A l’Origine’ will welcome you to their gilded or polychrome wood restoration workshop 123 rue de Famars in Valenciennes during the JEPs. They will explain to you the various traditional techniques of gilding with gold leaf and will offer you demonstrations of their know-how as well as discussions on the enhancement of your heritage.
