Gloria Monserez temporarily replaces An Lemmens at The voice of Flanders. Lemmens is currently on maternity leave.

The ‘blind auditions’ have already been recorded, so Lemmens will still be featured in them. But during the ‘knock-outs’ and the ‘battles’, Monserez takes care of the presentation. ‘I am very much looking forward to working with experienced hands like Natalia and Koen Wauters, from whom I will undoubtedly be able to learn a lot’, she says. ‘Besides, I’ve always looked a lot at The voice of Flanders. So I think it’s great that I’m a part of it now. I’m curious about the talent they’ve caught again.’
It is a remarkable trip, because at the VRT they have been pushing Monserez more often lately. At the beginning of January it turned out that she was next to Sven de Leijer and Philippe Geubels Hotel Romantik was going to present. And she has been a regular wrapper on Ketnet since 2019 and she can also be heard at Studio Brussel. ‘We like it for a top talent like Gloria that she can spread her wings at another channel’, responds the VRT. ‘That should certainly be possible. Her sidekick at The voiceAaron Blommaert, also presents at MNM.’
