The WHO office in Cairo said that Dr. John Jabbour, the WHO representative in Egypt, briefed representatives of the embassies of Britain, Australia, Canada and New Zealand today, Sunday, on the current situation to confront the spread of the new Corona virus in Egypt.
The official account of the World Health Organization in Cairo, on Twitter, posted a picture of the “Jabbour” meeting with representatives of the embassies of the four countries.
Minutes ago, President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi met with Prime Minister Dr. Mustafa Madbouly and Minister of Health Dr. Hala Zayed to follow the developments of the global epidemiological situation of Corona virus and the Ministry of Health’s precautionary plan in this regard at the national level.
President El-Sisi directed to continue raising the degree of readiness in cooperation between all the concerned authorities in the state, and to conduct awareness campaigns for citizens to guide and provide accurate information, while tightening health control in accordance with the highest standards on entry points to the country.
