Global Crystal announced yesterday that the purchase price will be increased from 125 per share EUR, Up to 140 EUR, However, Global Crystal today proposed the best and final purchase price of 145 EUR, Compared with Global Jing and Shichuang before the announcement has entered the final stage of negotiations, as of November 27, 2020 in the past 90 days in the Xetra trading market volume weighted average price premium of 71%, compared with 125 per share EURThe original purchase price increased by 16%, an increase of 5 per share compared with the recently raised purchase price EUR。
Global Jing said that all other terms and conditions of the public acquisition remain unchanged, and all shareholders of Shichuang are invited to actively participate in the public acquisition and sell their shares before January 27 this year.
Global Crystal and its subsidiaries currently hold 6.06% of all outstanding common shares of Shichuang, and the acquirer has signed an irrevocable undertaking agreement with Wacker Chemie AG. Wacker has participated in a public acquisition and should sell all its shares to Global Jing.
