“Gigabyte Registers AMD Radeon RX 7600 and Nvidia Geforce RTX 4060 Ti Models with EEC”

Once again, a registration with the EEC from Gigabyte has started circulating online. This time it is the company’s upcoming models of AMD’s Radeon RX 7600 and Nvidia’s Geforce RTX 4060 Ti that have been registered.

The middle segment of the latest generation of graphics cards has so far been conspicuous by its absence. Both AMD and Nvidia have launched their top models, but so far we have not seen any graphics cards aimed at the middle segment where the manufacturers have a greater opportunity to reach the vast majority of customers. This may change shortly if Gigabyte’s latest registrations with the EEC are any indication of upcoming launches.

Gigabyte has now registered its variants of AMD’s Radeon RX 7600 and Nvidia’s Geforce RTX 4060 Ti with the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). The partner manufacturer lists two different variants for AMD’s graphics card and as many as nine variants of the RTX 4060 Ti.

The record was found by the Twitter profile @harukaze5719 which often figure in hardware leaks. Gigabyte’s name for the registered graphics cards does not give us much information regarding the specifications of the graphics processors or if the graphics cards will be as gigantic as most other models we have seen from this generation. What is actually confirmed, however, is that both the RTX 4060 Ti and RX 7600 will use eight gigabytes of video memory.

Eight gigabytes of video memory can be seen as surprisingly little these days. Also for this product segment. Especially since AMD recently gave Nvidia the boot by pointing out that their graphics cards do indeed have much more video memory than Nvidia’s counterparts. More and more games are also starting to soak up eight gigabytes of video memory or more.
