Fans of Giannis Antetokounmpo would have liked to cross James Harden the last days. History to remind him of his skepticism and his criticisms about their protégé in 2020. It all started with a little joke from the Greek during the All-Star Game Draft of which he was captain.

Since this little spat, he changed his franchise and adopted a style of play that was not known to be capable of not too long ago. Perhaps he has a new respect for what players singularly different from him are capable of doing?
Still, Harden is one of the few stars in the league not to have posted a congratulatory message to the Bucks and their “Greek Freak”. Maybe it’s because he’s not a particularly “connected” athlete. Or not really excited at the idea of having to admit that what Giannis does on the ground goes beyond “running and dunking”.
Giannis Antetokounmpo had a title before James Harden, a Finals MVP before James Harden and even has one more MVP than James Harden. We await the answer of the bearded chief next season.
