On line

For any practical question, it is easy to contact an administration agent. First solution, online, via site messaging impots.gouv.fr. All you have to do is connect to your account, the “Secure Messaging” is then accessible at the top right of the screen.

It is therefore possible to dialogue, in writing, with an agent.

By telephone

For those preferring to pick up the phone, you can contact your tax department, the number of which is indicated on the tax notice.

A general non-surcharged number, 0 809 401 401, is also available Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 7 p.m.

an appointment

In the event of greater difficulty, you can make an appointment with a public finance officer. You must once again log in to your Individual space on the tax site.

You must then click on the “Contacts and appointments” section at the top right of the page and then click on “Make an appointment”.

You can choose between an appointment by telephone, videoconference or on site, at the counter, and choose the available time slot.

The request will be finalized by specifying surname, first name, tax number, telephone number and email address. It is possible to modify or cancel your appointment in this section.
