Get a taste of virtual university air

According to the press release, the Würzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences (FHWS) invites you to take a virtual taster course from Monday 29 June to Friday 10 July. Pupils in the final grades as well as prospective students are invited to take a sniff of the current virtual lectures in the summer semester.

Lectures from the more than forty courses of study at the FHWS are offered, for example from mechanical engineering, logistics or from plastics and elastomer technology. The electrical and information technology course invites you to the subject of “Computer Science 1”, surveying and geoinformatics to “Rural Reorganization I”, and mechanical engineering to “Deepening vehicle technology – body construction”.

Live chats with students offer the opportunity to ask questions and benefit from the experience of the students. Interested and deepened can also look at the information pages and videos on various courses of study that were created during the course of the study information week and provide an initial orientation and decision. The student advisory service is also available with a live chat offer.

The lecture program for the virtual taster course will be available online from Thursday, June 11th. Interested parties can register online to attend the lectures from Thursday, June 11th to Thursday, June 25th.
