The current High Representative of the International Community for Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Austrian diplomat Valentin Inzko, could be replaced by the former German Agriculture Minister Christian Schmidt (CSU) in the spring, reports Bosnian media. Inzko has been the High Representative in Bosnia-Herzegovina since 2009 and has recently increasingly criticized the glorification of war criminals and the denial of war crimes. For years, Inzko has been attacked by the head of the radical nationalist SNSD, Milorad Dodik, who wants to destroy the state of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
