He gave a full-length interview to the show “Mega Stories” and Dora Anagnostopoulou, the George Dalarasspeaking among other things about the issue of Cyprus.

“Theodorakis used to say “we write our songs, which are our weapons, but the singer is the cannon to take them to the world”.

“I have never worked harmfully for my area or my country. I never did anything that was against my values. Maybe I should stay there after all but I didn’t want to sing in nightclubs and taverns. But maybe it’s not the world’s fault that they don’t understand me, it’s my fault that I don’t understand myself.”
