According to zbozi.cz, the currently cheapest Radeon RX 7800 XT (Sapphire) costs CZK 13,772, while the same price search engine does not find the GeForce RTX 4070 cheaper than CZK 15,390 (Gigabyte), i.e. roughly 12% / CZK 1,618 more expensive.
