In the tender for the construction of the S19 expressway on the Boćki-Malewice route, the offer from Strabag was considered the most advantageous. It follows that it is she who will complete the 16 km section of the road, which will have two roadways with two lanes.
In November last year, the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways announced a tender for the construction of another section of the S19 expressway from the Boćki junction to the Malewice area. Seven companies started in it. The lowest price for the project was offered by Strabag (PLN 434.58 million). Five of the companies listing their offers did not agree to extend the offer and were rejected. As a result, GDDKiA decided that the offer from Starbag was the most advantageous.

Appeals may be submitted to sign the contract, which is planned for the second quarter of 2021. A standard and obligatory control of the selected offer by the President of the Public Procurement Office will also be carried out. If there are no appeals or objections from the PPO, and the contract is signed, the contractor will be able to start design works. Their culmination will be the submission of an application for a decision for the implementation of a road investment (ZRID). The achievement of this goal is planned for the first quarter of 2022.
The S19 road on the Boćki-Malewice route will be constructed in a 2 + 2 cross-section (two roadways with two lanes each) and will be adapted to heavy traffic of 11.5 tons per axle. A total of 15 engineering structures will be built and the surface (asphalt or concrete) will be chosen by the contractor.
