Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller said that by the end of 2019, the company reduced gas exports to non-CIS countries by 1.3% to 199.2 billion cubic meters of gas.

In total, in 2019 Gazprom supplied 236.9 billion cubic meters of gas for export.
“Including to non-CIS countries, including China – 199.2 billion cubic meters. This is 98.7% of the record level in 2018 and 2.5% more than in 2017. The volume of deliveries to a number of European countries reached maximum historical values. In particular, to France, to Austria, Hungary and the Netherlands, ”he said.
According to him, 328 million cubic meters have already been delivered to China through the new pipeline. This volume will consistently increase to a projected 38 billion cubic meters per year.
Earlier, LLC GTS of Ukraine Operator (OGTSU) announced the delivery of the first cubic meters of Russian gas to the European Union under a new contract between Naftogaz and Gazprom.
