The Trübli be i m Neumarkt i st to – like all other restaurants. Is had to close on December 22nd at the behest of the Federal Council due to the corona pandemic. “That hit us extremely hard,” says Alexander Bindig, tenant and host at Trübli. He addresses his guests in a video message and describes the situation in the restaurant.
“Laughed, cried, sweated, fought”
As a young start-up that was founded in April 2019, the team “gave full throttle”. Every evening was fully booked until March 2020. The Trübli crew laughed, cried, sweated, fought. Since no help from the state is expected at the moment, one is now fighting for the existence of the Trübli. The Bindig team relies on crowdfunding and donations with an equivalent value – so-called packages.
