The epidemic of gastro is now installed. With the exception of a few areas that have been spared for the moment, all of France is affected.
The map of the gastrointestinal epidemic in France leaves little room for imagination. With the exception of a small part of the Center Val de Loire, Franche Comté and Corsica regions, the entire territory is in an epidemic situation. The most affected regions being New Aquitaine (462 cases per 100,000 inhabitants), Grand Est (426) and Pays de la Loire (415).
As the 2020 epidemic is particularly aggressive, it is advisable, to guard against it, to respect certain hygienic advice again and again. To know :
- Avoid touching your mouth or nose without first washing your hands;
- Use disposable tissues;
- Clean the toilet with a disinfectant, after each diarrhea;
- Store toothbrushes separately and do not exchange them;
- If those around you have diarrhea, cleaning frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, telephones, toilets and sinks should be more frequent and more thorough.
