Garbage collectors’ strike in Paris: and now the stars who live in the capital are attacking Anne Hidalgo!

A few months ago, the town hall of Paris announced good news: the collection of yellow bins no longer two but three times a week. But since the garbage collectors’ strike against the pension reform has been there and the capital is awash in waste. In total, ten arrondissements of Paris see the tons of garbage piled up while the other ten, managed by private service providers, operate in slow motion…

Several personalities expressed their dissatisfaction. Sylvie Tellier posted a photo of trash cans adorning a tree: “This is not how the rodent problems will be resolved in Paris”. Mathilde Seigner shared two shots of streets filled with extremely full garbage. “What are you doing Mrs. Hidalgo? You can’t leave us like this. It’s unacceptable!”. Her sister posted a photo of the City of Light with the caption: “Paris is a trash can”.

On Twitterseveral Internet users spoke, questioning the role of Anne Hidalgo, in this situation.

The departure from Paris of Stéphane Bern

In November 2021, Stéphane Bern announced in the columns of the Parisian that he was leaving the capital after having lived there for more than 18 years. The facilitator had in particular questioned “the holes in the road, the permanent construction sites, the noise, and above all, above all, the violence… You have to hear how people talk to each other. Traffic is an incredible source of tension. Cars against pedestrians, scooters against bicycles, scooters against cars… This war of the wheels is unbearable. Bicycles, for example, drive in the wrong direction, bite the sidewalks, do not respect a traffic light. Scooters are abandoned anywhere. It’s anarchic and dangerous”.

Not forgetting to mention “dirtiness”.
