TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Samsung’s latest leak Galaxy Z Fold4 comes from Ice Universe who tweeted side by side photos, which he called Fold4 and Fold3. The photo shows the difference between the two screen fold lines.
It looks like the upcoming flagship of Samsung’s foldable phone will be thinner or smoother in its fold line. Ice Universe has said this before and now intends to present photographic evidence.
It’s in the form of photos, can’t be sure when it’s in real form. However, this exclusive image of the Galaxy Z Fold4 reveals how the design has evolved from the 2021 Galaxy Z Fold3.
In addition to the alleged redesigned hinge, the Galaxy Z Fold4 flaunts a 6.2-inch outer screen and a 7.6-inch display when the foldable phone is unfolded. It will be a high-refresh OLED panel that will challenge current Samsung flagships, namely Galaxy S22 Ultra.
There is a change in dimensions – when the phone is opened from the fold – from its predecessor which measured 158.2 x 128.1 x 6.4 mm and is now 155 x 130 x 7.1 mm. This means that, although it has trimmed the length dimensions by a few millimeters, Samsung has added both width and height.
The changed dimensions have led to a change in the aspect ratio of the screen which looks a bit bigger now.

The most striking difference is seen in the rear camera module of the Galaxy Z Fold 4. The camera module contains 3 protruding lenses and an LED flash. The protruding camera lens looks similar to the one seen on the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
The three rear camera lenses reportedly consist of a 50 MP main camera, a 12 MP 3x telephoto, and a 12 MP ultra wide camera. While the new chipset used is Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and several other improvements.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 and Z Flip4 are scheduled to launch on August 10, 2022, possibly accompanied by the next-generation Galaxy Watch.
