On July 5th, 2022, bankruptcy proceedings were applied for at the Regional Court of Linz over the assets of TriplEAT Managementverwaltungs GmbH & Co KG, 4050 Traun, Wiener Bundesstrasse 196.

The applicant was founded in 2014. The purpose of the company was the acquisition and management of shareholdings in the BURGERISTA Group. The group planned to expand internationally. Ultimately, the expansion plans could not be implemented.
No reorganization is sought in the present proceedings.
“The insolvency administrator who has yet to be appointed will close the company and liquidate the assets as best as possible,” says Petra Wögerbauer from KSV1870.
The details of the debtor company could not be checked sufficiently in the short time by the KSV1870.
