The first round of funding from the Berlin Project Fund for Cultural Education is still funding until Friday, December 1, 2023cooperation projects that create new opportunities for children and young people to access art and culture.
Every year, the funds from the cultural education project fund are advertised at the district level for the following year. A jury makes the funding recommendations.
The prerequisite for funding is a joint application from two or more partners from the field of art and culture as well as from the areas of daycare, school, education or youth work. The address of the educational partner here in the district is crucial for submitting an application in the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district. The planned projects are intended to encourage Berlin children, teenagers and young adults up to the age of 27 to actively engage in artistic processes and to allow them to participate in the city’s cultural diversity.
The deadline for submitting project applications for the first half of 2024 with a funding amount of up to 5,000 euros each is Friday, December 1, 2024.
