Functional and hierarchical management of the unit: planning, organization and management of activities and agents,
– Monitoring and reporting of activities: project and application portfolios, monitoring and forecasting of unit costs, budgets and markets,
– Communication and coordination: with the department head, the IT department and business departments,
– Management of files or projects.
The unit will cover the areas of data, development and the web:
– Strategic and operational management of IS data: all IS data including GIS data, open data,
– Dataviz and decision-making,
– Development: monitoring of devops and dataops,
– Web: all internet, extranet and internet sites.
The unit will have a portfolio of IS projects to be implemented and a portfolio of applications. The main files are:
– Data management: creation of a data warehouse, data marts with the implementation of the organization and associated processes,
– Production: take charge of dataops and devops linked to business IS,
– Automation: organize and manage application flows (ESB, EAI) of the business IS.
The unit will participate in the implementation of the application supervision project of the Studies and Applications department:
– Have an alert system for problems linked to the application infrastructure,
– Have dashboards and indicators,
– Measure the quality of service.
