As noted by the Minister of Infrastructure Alexander Kubrakov, the elimination of fuel shortages depends on foreign supplies.
“All Ukrainian imports from the EU. Previously, only the countries closest to us and ports in Poland and Romania were used, now we import from Belgium, the Netherlands“, the minister said.
Kubrakov noted that the situation with regards to the lack of fuel will stabilize by autumn. This will depend on when Kyiv signs longer-term contracts with foreign suppliers.
