  • Pomegranate is one of the fruits mentioned in the Qur’an and contains many benefits and vitamins that maintain vision and eye health and protect it from stress without the need for LASIK or other operations.
  • Carrots contain vitamin A, which is beneficial for eye health and maintains eyesight from stress and allergies, so it is preferred
  • Eat it continuously by adding it to the salad, or drink juice with orange for more benefits, or eat it as a vegetable, one fruit per day.
  • Bananas are one of the best fruits that contain vitamins and minerals, which improves the general health of the body and eye health in particular, because it contains vitamin A, which is beneficial for healthy vision.
