The hotel consists of 117 themed rooms, including 11 suites in the theme of Samson & Marie, Kabouter Plop, Bumba, K3 and Mega Mindy. There are also 10 neutral luxury suites and 96 standard rooms. With the Plopsa Hotel, the Plopsa Group, the theme park division within Studio 100, is taking its first steps in the hotel industry. “We have been looking forward to this for a long time. Future investments
“Until 2023, we will invest a total of 250 million euros in all our Plopsa parks,” Van den Kerkhof concludes. 75 million of this will go to the site in De Panne. For example, the opening of an Xtreme Spinning Coaster is planned in 2021. The construction of the Plopsa Hotel has a price tag of 25 million euros. The new hotel offers employment to 50 employees.
