From today, in addition to tea towels, hats and cakes, there are also sex toys on the shelves of HEMA. The new collection is a collaboration with sex toy manufacturer EasyToys.
In addition to vibrators, this also includes vibrating eggs, gift sets, condoms, bottles of lube and massage oil. The toys can be found in larger department store branches, but the products can also be ordered online.
HEMA says sexual pleasure is very normal. That’s why it’s well suited to the store to start selling these toys now.
Erotic group EQOM, the parent company of EasyToys, agrees. “If there’s anything that shows that sex toys are now a socially accepted phenomenon, it’s that they’re now on the shelves at HEMA,” says Eric Idema, CEO of the group.
