Frölunda’s team:

Chains:
12 Max Friberg–18 Linus Öberg–88 Malte Strömwall
21 Jere Innala–75 David Edstrom–67 Jayden Halves

86 Erik Thorell–32 Noah Hasa–11 Erik Borg
48 Carl Klingberg

Backing:
7 Henrik Tömmernes–3 Albin Sundin
33 Linus Högberg–43 Tom Nilsson
25 Pontus Johansson–2 Christian Folin
26 Isaac Heens

Goalkeeper:
1 Lasse Johansson (50 Frans Tuohimaa)

Mikael Ruohomaa was set up for play but was canceled late, the gamble apparently didn’t work, the syringes (?) probably didn’t work as hoped. Linus Öberg now installed as center. Let’s see what happens when the puck is released. Tom Nilsson back, Isaac Heens thus again extra back.

Filip Hasa has been training since he was tackled late by Olli Palola in January, but has not had enough consecutive days without concussion-like symptoms (dizziness, nausea). In Hasa’s case, however, it is the neck that took the biggest beating. Noah Dower Nilsson recently underwent another shoulder operation in Detroit, USA. The season was thus over. He should be in action when next season starts. Gustav Rydahl’s back surgery was successful, the nerve pain in his leg is gone, he has been on ice for some time; Rydahl should be able to join sometime in August when training starts after the holidays. Mats Rosseli Olsen, you know the situation, he is far from playing hockey but is said to be feeling a little better now.

A bit fast:

## The last two matches in Scandinavium have contained something very special. First Gustaf Lindvall’s matchless football save – then a 13-goal orgy that no one will forget for a long time. The atmosphere has been good in the arena as well. Easy to feel curious about tonight – what will we see this time?

## At the risk of sounding snarky, Frölunda maximizes his chances of winning if the players stay on the court, minimizes them by taking a lot of sending offs. That’s how good Skellefteå’s power play is. That’s how good Frölunda has looked when it was five-on-five hockey.

## Jere Innala is walking on (frozen) water right now. Tops the playoff scorers. If he can continue to deliver, Frölunda’s chances increase. With nine goals, by the way, Innala is number four in Frölunda’s history, he has two Gothenburgers and a Finn ahead of him.

## Much talk about Andreas Johnson – but you see how good big brother Jonathan is? Such a skilled center, smart, mobile with high hockey IQ.

## Isac Heens had not scored a goal in exactly six months, Linus Högberg had a little over three months without knowing the net; both struck in semi-final 5. Is there anyone else in Frölunda thirsty for goals? Mm, Henrik Tömmernes, the last time he got it right was 27/1 at home against HV71. 27 goalless games since. Below you will read about Tömmernes and his many minutes on the ice.

Child’s play on Monday, tougher tasks await Tömmernes

► Frölunda works hard on Henrik Tömmernes, plays him a lot. ► Here he talks about how his body feels, how he is charging – and what Frölunda needs to think about against Skellefteå. Henrik Tömmernes plays a lot for Frölunda. So … the couch cover on Monday? Nix. Out in the sun, play with the daughters, those were the star back’s plans for the day: – Even when you’re in the playoff bubble, it’s nice on these days off to hang out with the kids and family. HERE YOU SEE the ice time of Henrik Tömmernes during the playoffs. No one in the Frölunda–Skellefteå series averages more. One could imagine that it would have been noticed […]

## Interesting numbers; no one can blame Frölunda and Skellefteå for not offering entertainment.

## The goalkeeper match, Lasse Johansson–Linus Söderström – very interesting.

## Three out of five semi-finals have gone to extra time. No surprise if it’s four out of six soon.
